An angry café patron in Los Palacios y Villafranca, Spain, was recently arrested for allegedly setting fire to the eatery because the staff told him they had run out of mayonnaise. Last Wednesday, the staff and customers of a café in the municipality of Los Palacios y Villafranca, Seville, got the fright of their lives when a man sprayed petrol on the bar and set it on fire. The man, whose identity has not been revealed, went to the restaurant with his son and ordered two sandwiches. Surveillance cameras show him getting up from his table and talking to one of the waiters. The 50-something patron reportedly asked for mayonnaise for his sandwich, but was told that they didn’t have any. He then asked another waiter and was told the same thing, so he just stormed out of the café, walked to a nearby gas station, and came back with a bottle of petrol.
